The same reason why Howard is being hyped up as a first round pick on here. Two National Championship games... otherwise he'd be a Day 2 prospect.

The Alabama hype is annoying.

Not remotely the same thing. The only problem OJ Howard had at Bama was being underused. Robinson is still living off recruiting hype. He's barely an NFL RT.

See, we can agree on some things without you being a smartass about Google and me asking you if you can read...

He is literally Michael Oher-lite, good run blocking road grader with inconsistent balance issues and needs to learn to counterpunch with his bottom half better. Absolutely should go before end of first round and if he's there in the late 20's he should be a trade up candidate.

Say what? Oher's pass protection for us was  solid. His run blocking was just about nonexistent.

I'd prefer Ryan Ramczyk or Garrett Bolles to Robinson.

He's falling for a reason.

I agree, but it's doubtful that they make it past round 1. I still think that we draft Garcia in the second, though not necessarily at 40 or 64. G-man loves to trade up for "his guys", and 64 paired with 115 should get us to the low 50's.

Man the absurd sensationalism in here is something else

He's been projected to translate better as an OG since January. That he's still being projected to go as high as he is as a Guard is a reflection of him. Hes a terrific OG prospect.

I don't agree. Howard was underutilized but that doesn't make him any more interesting. He was only used in the passing game on mismatch opportunities, not because he was a threat on every down. Sorry, I'm not the hypetrain. I think he'll either do well in the NFL in the right system... or he'll just be another Julius Thomas.

That's cool. Not really wanting to sit and defend a bama player anyhow...lol. The last post made me throw up a little.
