KB, Funch, Samuel, Shepard, Bryd my prediction of WRs

Johnson has done less in his career than Funchess has in his short career. Johnson has played in Cleveland and Minnesota where the WR groups were in far worse shape than ours has been the last few seasons. Johnson isn't your normal "vet" you bring in to mentor **** a cotchery where they have had a solid career

Man, you do not like Charles Johnson!  When did he play in cleveland? I'm pretty sure his rookie year was at Minnesota.  Am I missing something???  I am optimistic that he can make the squad but him and Funch are probably both JAGS.  I don't like Byrd but I think you are right that it is between he and Johnson for the speester role.

I'd almost rather see what Garrett or Ross can do. I hope these two at least get a practice squad spot when they don't make the 53-man.

All aboard the Stephen Hill hype train!

Not that, because Igo was never really on board I don't think, but last year, eerily around the same time, IIRC, Jeremy started a thread about Byrd's bulked-up physique.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
