That pressure comment isn't exactly what you wanna hear from the guy who's supposed to galvanize the troops and lead them into battle.  Reminds me a bit of Lafell's comments when he had to fill in for Smitty.  The best coaches and players thrive under pressure.

I know Ron isn't a rah rah guy by nature but I sure would've liked to hear something to indicate he's pumped and ready to kick ass and take names.

Im all on the Rivera train because a coaching change now would be such a waste of Cam Newton. If Ron is gone, Cam will soon follow on his own terms. We we are inept cam needs to go win elsewhere.

I'm gonna be examining the Titans, Seahawks and Bills staffs for possible head coaching candidates.

(these are the teams our GM candidates are expected to be coming from)

I think it could be a mess going forward, but our 2017 roster is set so I'm hoping we can still have a good season this year.

It's not paranoia. The Browns and 49ers blew up their front offices too on knee jerk reactions. Guess where they're at?

Who mentioned Shula. Now you are making things up and creating issues to argue about.

First of all you have no idea why Gettleman and Koncz are gone. The only knee jerk reaction is your posts and speculation about something you know nothing about. San Fran and the Browns blew things up out of losing desperation. We are a long way from that. Get a grip and return to some semblance of sanity.
