Known especially for ticking Charles Johnson off for his antics, Flair is currently undergoing some major health issues. After having heart surgery today, Flair's condition worsened to one where he needed to be under a medically induced coma.

Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is resting after undergoing surgery Monday, according to a statement from a WWE representative.

The statement did not give details about the surgery. Flair was placed in a medically induced coma before surgery, WWE confirmed to ESPN earlier Monday.

Flair was hospitalized and admitted to an intensive care unit over the weekend. After initially downplaying the seriousness of the issue, Melinda Morris Zanoni, the CEO of Legacy Talent and Entertainment and a Flair representative, made a plea for public support Sunday night via Twitter.

"Are u a Fan/Friend of Ric Flair? If so, we need prayers & positive energy 4 our Living Legend as he is dealing w/some tough medical issues"

Although he has gotten poo for switching teams each year etc. Most of that is for "show" under the Nature Boy character.

He will always be fond in my heart for wrestling when I was a kid. I met him and Hulk on the beach as a kid at Mrytle Beach, beer cans all over, but he took the time to take pictures of me and sign a napkin. 8 year old self was so amazed and awe struck.

Get well Nature Boy

I don't like the guy thanks to the whole flip flopping teams crap but regardless that won't stop me from wishing him a to get better and recover well. I hate seeing anybody in such a situation plus I want him to be alive so he can try to come crawling back to us once we win the Superbowl lol. Get better Nature Boy our rivalry hasn't finished yet.

    • The good news is that we are pretty uniquely well established to address all of our needs this season. We have $14m real cap space, and something like $40m in trade deadline cap space. Not sure exactly how that works out. But, we have the room to absorb any bad contracts. With recent rule changes regarding retention, that went into effect this season, we now have a huge advantage in the trade market.  On top of that, while we do have obvious needs, we also have a glut of talent in certain areas that we struggle to find ice time for. We are over-stocked on scrappy talented lil-guys, strong defensively sound 3rd liners and shutdown left shot dmen. Whether it's a package or separate deals, idk. But, one of each from Stank/Blake/Nads, Erob/Carrier/KK/Jank, and Walker/Nystrom; throw in some 1st round picks (and frankly any other prospects they want) and we should be able to come out with a 1b to pair with Bussi and either a 2c with size or a 2c and size.   TL/DR We got the money, you got the stuff?
    • I don’t  think 6’4 was ever considered small or undersized. Baby hands tho, yes that was his thing That’s an interesting idea, like an optical illusion? Sounds like you have personal experience with this!
    • in the 25' draft the Carolina Panthers had hired Brandt Tillis someone who actually understood how to build a successful team & build through the draft .  this team was yes mismanaged for years prior to Brandt Tillis joining the team in 25' & rarely done anything right in the draft outside occaionaly getting lucky on an UDFA such as Jalen Coker who's dad coincidentally happened to be a huge Carolina Panthers fan, hint hint  ...just saying
