 If they were being cautious, he wouldn't be practicing, in the first place.

On one hand, I think he'll be the new inactive that drives us insane sometimes (CAP at times last year)

On the other, he's a 2nd round pick who needs reps early and often. Throw him out there.

Again. If he's practicing fully, why would he be inactive? If they were being cautious, they would limit him right now instead of waiting until game day. If he's inactive, it will be because he don't know what he's doing yet.

Wouldn't surprise me if he's inactive. He missed a ton of time. But, I hope to see him active and out there for a few snaps. Anyone expecting to see him play 20+ snaps is going to be disappointed though.

Because he's Stew's backup and doesn't have a consistent role on special teams. He may be a better power runner, but Fozzy is more versatile and can be used as a change of pace back if necessary.

Oh, and yes Samuel will be active if he's active in practice. He's our X-factor.

If Samuel is returning kicks, then we may see CAP over Fozzy. It will be interesting to see who they choose. Although, it may be Fozzy over Samuel until Samuel is healthy.

Because he doesn't contribute anything else.

If he just could play special teams he'd be helping himself out a lot.
