Get Sanjay in here he was all over the TE prospects of this year's draft

I dont know if this move means much if Greg and Dickson stay healthy. That means though we have 2 really talented players on the PS Armah and Hodges.

He seems to be good at pass catching deep throws and contested ones.. Can he block though? Thats the only way hed manage to ever see the active roster, considering Greg is one of the best pass catching TEs in the game .

I like these developmental prospects that have been brought after the off season.  Need to have an eye towards the future.  He's raw but big and athletic as all hell so we'll see what the coaching staff can pull out of him.

Agreed. He's got the tools so it's worth an extended look at him to see if he can turn into anything. If not then whatever. No real harm done.

    • To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.
    • Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
