given the short week, i think the Panthers are just resting him. 

he should practice lightly on wed and be good to go Thurs night.

We are going to need Funch going forward.  With him stepping up, they won't be able to double Benji and put extra focus on him.  Hopefully he's good to go for Thursday.

4 teams have one loss (CAR, ATL, PHI, GB), 

7 have two losses (NO, TB, DET, MIN, SEA, LAR, WAS)

6 teams make the playoffs. I'm not seeing this wiggle room you speak of.

One good thing is we are off to a good start with tiebreakers, having beaten Buffalo who beat ATL, and the Pats who beat the Saints.
