what most likely happened: bennett wanted to get to the field. old lady said he had to use another gate. bennett thought that was ridiculous and pointless to walk around the stadium to another gate when that one was perfectly fine. lady considered that a challenge to her almight rent-a-cop authority. old lady tried to physically block him while he walked through and got herself bumped or brushed passed. got even more furious her authority wasn't respected and reported it.

That's a pretty big jump to conclusions. And this line of thinking is dangerous because you're laying down the groundwork to call any witness a liar with motives. 

Maybe Bennet is innocent. I don't think he is. But I'm willing to let the testimony and evidence prove that. I believe in innocent until proven guilty but you're taking it towards innocent even if proven guilty.
