For how many of you is this your first Hurney draft

I'm noticing a sharp disconnect between the "hey man just give everyone a chance" crowd and the people who've seen this draft like six times before and have been drunk since the jackson pick.

Yeah I just don't trust Hurney when we pick projects. If someone else, and no not DG, were picking projects I would feel better about their evaluation and all of the picks we have made. But because it's Hurney, I just don't trust him.

The list goes on. 

 

 

Seeing him skip over guys at position of need that most have projected much high makes me nervous.

 

Guys like Jackson who was projected a 4th until he ran his combine 40 over the Reids and Oliver who most thought were going in the 1st

The carter who most didnt think would be drafted over a Jamarco James who mpst thought was going rds 2-3

 

I hope he proves me wrong but im not seeing it and with his history makes me nervous as he11

Been here for all of Hurneys drafts. It's the same staff minus a few people like Beane scouting and FO for all of Riveras drafts. 

 

Might say the biggest difference is Hurney probably gives Rivera and the other coaches more weight during the draft process.
