The Bengals will struggle to run the ball making it exponentially more difficult for Andy Dalton. 

The Panthers defense just had a nice ass chewing and will be out for blood. 

 

This is a get right game for the defense.

Long as Panthers stay committed to the power running game along with CMC dump-offs, the Panthers have a good chance.

Our defense typically goes through a stretch of several games every season where they get absolutely gashed.  If we shut down a crippled offense, maybe that makes someone feel better.  It's not really a good measuring stick, though.

Unfortunately for the offense this week, Cincinnati has MUCH better pass rushers (in Geno Atkins, Carlos Dunlap, and Carl Lawson) than Atlanta does.

OL played not terrible against Atlanta but if they don't step up this week it might be a long day for the offense.

I don’t think our defense is really that good this year. Maybe middle of the pack.

This will be a tough outing. I expect Dalton to find plenty of success through the air against a pretty bad secondary (who is dealing with a couple of injuries at positions we have 0 depth at).

i think is a fairly high scoring game, if we can keep their pass rush off game and dont get more than a touchdown behind we can win. that said 2 games in to the season this team feels like every other Panther team under Ron

Also their 1st round pick/starting Center is out with a injury
