Yea I know, but I think he could be the man. I think he is the bridge between Cam and Norv and their success. Can keep most the offensive staff and figure out the defense in the offseason.

I really like Ron personally, but I hate that he does that. It annoys me so much.

There is no reason not to just fire him now....whats the point of waiting?  Seasons over.  Also, if Cam does have a shoulder issue ( which it appears he does ), he needs to start with surgery / rehabilitation now...also, no reason putting that off.  Was a great start to the season but lets be real, we shouldn't have won a few of those 6 games we had early in the season.

Really hope whoever announces his termination mentions "Missed Opportunities" for the reason Ron was let go.

If you do it now prepare for Cams head to go into a funk for the rest of the season. He doesn't do well with changes. Also who is worthy as interim. Nobody.

But if Tepper is serious I would do it now and start looking at the college level.

Now.  The season is shot.  Make a statement that this is no longer acceptable and send a strong message to the fans we take winning more serious here.

Let Norv assume HC/OC for the remainder of the season and start planning for the future now; not when all teams start.
