Actually, yes.  CIAA tournament time in Charlotte (when I lived there) was always wild.  I didn’t experience the NBA All-Star weekend, but it gave Charlotte and Kemba tons of exposure.  All good things.

Speed Street during the race weekend was also great, even though it is technically Concord.
