You are overly emotional. Gettleman made some great moves and some bad ones.

obj is a cancer. I would not be surprised if that browns team is destroyed by him.  Also, what nobody is talking about. The dude never shows up when it matters most.

Yes man, I am overcome with emotion right now lol.

The proof is in the pudding.  I acknowledged his good moves, but there aren't many of them, and his legacy now revolves around overpaying KK, drafting multiple busts, and paying M. Kalil.  He's had two jobs, and has done the same thing in both places now.  Difference is, they didnt have a Cam and Luke to bail him out in NY.

So, it's a wash - if OBJ destroys Cleveland, Gettleman already has NY.

Seriously, best of luck to him.  I just feel bad for Giants' fans.

You can defend Gman all you want but reality check this is a pattern.. He constantly had to prove he was the smartest Guy in the room and constantly spends offseason destroying and trying to rebuild rosters for no reason most of the time.. The trade might work out for the giants "depending on his drafting " which most have realize is a iffy proposition.. But reality is he will be gone before any of that comes to effect.. Because now that team is bare bones.. Other than Barkley now they are looking for a QB, a better oline, other offensive weapons and they still need to build a defense.. No way he can do all this in 2 years .. He's just seeing what he can do for the next GM now..

Agree

Let's say they love Murray.  Now they can trade up and get him.  So they get their QB, have a great RB, and they drop $18m from the cap and maybe  Eli's salary ($23m).  That gives the Giants their QB of the future and $41m in cap space (theoretically).  They could not only sign a WR, they can sign a tackle, a safety, a linebacker.  Then they can draft (after Murray) a DE and CB and OL.

Bad trade?  Get the best QB in the draft and fill  3 needs?

They only free up 2 million and are eating a 16 million dollar cap hit. It was a terrible move. He should have traded him last year or let him walk.

Cleveland may actually be for real

They are absolutely must watch regardless if they are an actual contender that’s for sure. I know I’ll be tuning in as much as possible.

In fact just give them the TNF broadcast. Like everyone of them.
