I mean..yeah.  But generally speaking teams dont make huge leaps in wins/losses.  If you look at the Patriots, they have Jets, Dolphins, Bills.  All teams that have been pretty bad for the last 15 years (outside of one year here and there).

Being a heavy mover in free agency almost never equates into suddenly winning a bunch of games.

Teams that lost major players last year (Steelers, Giants for example) aren't going to drop THAT much.  Steelers were just a 9 win team.  And not like the Giants could drop much more.

So while it may not be perfect and there will always be a few odd balls, its generally a good snap shot.  IMO.

That division guarantees a playoff bid every year.  Bill  B.  can rotate players, run  vanilla offenses, etc. and win 10 games.
