Considering Other Scores Around the League

I don't feel bad about losing by 3 to the defending NFC champs and knowing we could have easily won the game. We beat ourselves with easily correctable mistakes. Cam was clearly rusted but still had good numbers and made some nice passes. I have a feeling we will bounce back pretty well against TB and start getting some things going for us. 

Looking at other scores around the league, makes me feel better. Some teams that were expected to be really good got completely blown out. 

I'm proud of our guys for hanging in there and fighting to the end even if it was too little too late. I'm not overall discouraged by this game. It's a long season. Either we do well or we suck and we start over with a new staff. Those are the only 2 ways this season will play out.

I hear you.  The Dolphins appear to be just as bad as most people thought, maybe worse.  Meanwhile, either the Browns are not quite ready to assume their role as a juggernaut or the Titans are a lot better than anybody expected.

The Giants, The Browns, The Bucs soo far, The Falcons, The Jags, The Dolphins Terrible at least we kept it close

There are no moral victories when you lose at home. Maybe on the road, but this team should beat everyone at home.

Sorry but there is no excuse today. We looked like ass if you factor in the 1pm game and the heat the Rams had to deal with.

Look at the poor Cardinals. They hire an  "offensive guru" who couldn't even go .500 in the college game and draft a QB #1 overall and they've put up 6 points. Murray is 9-25 for 70 yards and an INT with 1 carry for 6 yards at the end of the 3rd. LOL!

Falcons looked horrible and they just handed out that big contract.  We do look better by comparison.

Yeah, i have my issues with today but can see an improvement coming too. We didn't show up the first half and only lost by three bc with a missed FG. It's more annoying than anything

Their leading rusher was ito smith. Not freeman who averaged 2.9 yards per carry.

We lost by 3 to the defending NFC champs, lets wait and see how the saints do against them next week before we decide the team sucks at least.
