yeah they should treat their pain with a crippling opioid addiction instead.

I sure wish there was a better answer. I would imagine that after the next CBA is settled, marijuana will be removed from the banned substances list on testing. If it isn't legal in all 50 states, I don't think they'd be able to exempt it for arrest repercussions on player eligibility, though.

Or they could just use cbd instead of weed if they feel a cannabinoid is the best way to go. You know, that federally legal one derived from hemp that doesn’t get you high yet has all the pain relief benefits.

Anybody who thinks this is all about pain management is just kidding themselves.

I’m not too up on CBD.  Is it difficult to get your hands on? If not you might have a pretty strong point.

Rules are made to be broken. I bet if the anti MJ rules were removed nobody would get in trouble for it anymore.

I wasn't there, but I am fairly certain all rules were made to be followed.

I’ve never smoked weed and I never plan to, but I find our country’s political/legal position on it weird, counterproductive, a waste of my tax dollars and hypocritical for a nation that claims to value freedom of personal choice. I’m glad to see legalization is making progress.

there is no indication in the literature CBD does anything for muscle or joint pain.
