No, Moore is a number 2 and Samuel is a hybrid RB/ WR

I wouldn't say mediocore, but I question if this offensive scheme fits the WRs we have on the roster. I think if you were to put them into a Rams or Chiefs offense, you would see more production.

Honestly, I don't think any of our WRs strike fear in the opposing teams secondary or demand any sort of game plan to neutralize them. I think they would benefit from having a legit WR1 on the team and it would open things up for the rest of the offense.

Seems like a lot of WRs improve a lot by their 3rd season, so there's still hope. With that said, I'm not holding my breath on Moore and Samuel.

DJ Moore is a slot receiver...he can't separate from DBs.  Put him in the slot, give him some space and let him break tackles and get YAC...why is this so hard.  Put Samuel at the #1

Samuel will forever be underutilized in this offense. With CmC drafted, never quite understood the pick. Then drafting Moore (who potential wise is the better value) over Ridley just adds to the logjam of hybrids and 2-3 guys we’re forcing into starter roles.

Only way the Samuel picks work is if one of Kyle or Cam start hitting him deep and in stride. Because the guy’s been getting open.

Thank you. Samuel deserves a lot of criticism. He's been yet another Training Camp Superstar that has completely faded once the live bullets started flying. Moore's been good though.

We definitely lack a big physical target that can move. Mushin Muhammad would have been a perfect WR for this offense. If only Funchess wasn't terrible.

WRs don't typically blow up immediately.  We were incredibly fortunate (as NFL fans in general) to see a few come out and produce fast across the league.

That being said, its hard for me to judge our young WR group when they have a back up QB more inexperienced than them attempting to occasionally throw the ball.

He has more yards, TDs, etc than the Panther GOAT did at this same moment in his career.
