Norv Turner sucks

All I know is Norv's got the best dual threat in the league and doesn't know how to use him off the ball. Other coordinators dream of drawing up plays with a cheat code like CMC in the backfield and the extent of Norv's strategic genius is "give him the ball."

Ron brought someone of his mold in. Someone that has conviction about what they're doing and willing to stick to it eventhough it's not working...

We need an entire new coaching staff to introduce new philosophies.

To be fair as much as I wanted and still do want someone else,

Cam is injured

We're running 2 different offenses with Cam and Kyle and Cam is a much more experienced.

That's what happens when you hire coaches stuck in the 90s. The NFL has passed us by and here we are still giving CMC 100% of snaps because we can't scheme anybody else open. It's time for a COMPLETE overhaul (sans Blackburn) with modern, innovative coaches.

I recall seeing a couple screen passes. Don’t recall if they were to cmc, but he did call screens.

Comparing Shanahan with Norv is  like like comparing a Yugo 45 to a Tesla model S

 

His obsession with Mccaffrey is seriously hampering the offense.

Actually, Norv's quietly been solid. He's been pretty darn creative lately.

Issue for him now is he has to simplify the scheme and progressions to ease Kyle Allen in. That limits what an offense can call and ultimately become predictable.
