NFL: The Broncos, since beating us in the Super Bowl

It’s been a pretty tough ride for both teams since 2016.

By the way, the Panthers are 6-15 in the division since Super Bowl 50.

That right there is a fireable offense. And I bet you at least 4 of those were against the lowly Bucs.

6-15 in what used to be a powerhouse division, but is not even close to that any more.  that's pitiful.   good gravy don't let the doorknob hit you where the good lord split you.

Panthers should at least finish 4-2 in the division this season. They have to sweep the train wreck Falcons and at least beat the Saints once. Losing at home to the Bucs was such a f*cking disaster.

From PFT

Keep in mind as you read this that Schlereth and Elway were teammates. This'd be like having Mike Singletary ripping Ron Rivera.

But it's true; since beating us in the Super Bowl, the Broncos have fallen off a cliff.

(not that I expect that to exactly hurt anyone's feelings, here)

The only reason they were there was to send off Manning. The fix was in.

That's fair.

Even so, it's hard to deny a lot of his personnel choices have been horrible. That's especially so at quarterback, which is kind of hard to forgive given that if Elway knows any position, it should be that one.

He is about as bad of an evaluator of QB talent as Michael Jordan is of any basketball talent.

I would take a SB right now if you tell me that I have to suck the next 20 years

I grew up in Pgh and when they won 4 SBs in 6 years during the 70s I was so happy with that I didn't care if they ever won another one........

You say that like it's a bad thing... might be exactly what the guy needs.

I say it like it would be a very unexpected thing.

Even the most objective of former player analysts tend to lose their objectivity at least a little bit when they're talkin about old teammates.

Apparently not Mark Schlereth...
