Yeah we're as good as out of it.  The NFC might have 13-3 and 12-4 wild card teams this year.

Also not helping matters is the fact that, not only are the top teams in the NFL really good this year, but the bad teams are really, really awful.  The entry barrier for the playoffs is stupid high, but so is the water mark to get a high draft pick.  We could lose out and still be around the bottom of the top 10 or out of it altogether.  Half the frickin' league might have double-digit losses.

I mean the hapless Dolphins are currently picking 3rd and they're in the middle of the most obvious tank since the 2011 Colts.  The Bengals are a legit threat to go 0-16.  The teams picking 7-12 currently all have 7 losses.
