Are you more excited about the Carolina Panthers after yesterday's happenings?

It seems like the fan apathy just snapped and folks were back being interested in Panthers football again. The Huddle stats from yesterday definitely back that up, one of the busiest days since 2015. 

 

So, do you feel a tingling in your nether regions once again? Are you excited for the road ahead as compared to another year of Rivera?

Yes. A lot of interesting things to follow.

Mix of excitement and worry tbh. I think the firing was necessary for change but the next coach could be worse. 

Just hoping Tepper makes the right choice.

The unknown is generally more exiting than the old same thing.  That is until it becomes the old same thIng.

Not yet. This was an obvious, necessary move. It isn’t a move to be excited about....yet.

I’m waiting to see what they do with Hurney. I want him gone as GM.

I am about Ron and then the what the hell happened with Hurney. I dont like or trust the guy but will wait to see how the offseason starts shaking down. If this begins to feel like an old JR circle jerk, i feel terrible. If not, I just want to feel hope and excitement again for this franchise, something missing from my fanhood for sometime.

There is no more apathy.  I can tell Tepper means business and we are open to a new vision rather than Ron being Ron.

Yes, because the front office structural changes are a step forward.

Still worried about the hiring and still worried about the personnel changes.

Trepidation is what I fear. As I said earlier in the season, letting Ron go is like jumping into a very shallow pool of candidates. Doing it mid-season might be making that into a head first dive.

Yes because tepper moved on from Ron 

Then No, Tepper went on to say multiple times how great a College scout and GM Hurney was.  And said he would be retained

There was nothing to be gained from canning Rivera before the end of the year, other than upsetting whatever team camaraderie we had. Now we know exactly who is in charge of the defense from here out. At least Dallas has the good sense to wait until the season is over to can Garrett.

Apathy amongst the fans is nothing compared to apathy amongst the players.

I feel a little better, but the main asshat is still in the bldg and he's liked by the new owner and that makes me hate everything again.
