Exactly, it’s really easy to draft a bunch of pro bowlers and HOF’ers if you’re constantly putting together teams that net you a top 10 pick every year.

Those types of picks are never enough to create winning teams though.

Constantly or 3 times? 2003, 2011, and 2012 are Hurney's top 10 picks.

2002 was his first season as GM so he wasn't responsible for putting the previous team together. That was Seifert. 2017 was Gettleman's pick and base on his previous season's destruction of the roster.

It's pretty simple

Constructed two Super Bowl rosters

Drafted dozens of Pro Bowlers and Hall of Famers

Tepper realizes this season is mostly on Kyle Allen being the worst starting QB in the NFL and terrible coaches

I mean in case you werent paying attention, Tepper explained, he doesnt want to lose the best college talent scout in the NFL.

DJ Moore, 24th pick in the draft, #3 in the NFL in receiving

Oh look this guy again that literally doesn't know this teams history

How did we get Cam Newton? Oh that's right. Because we went 1-15 with an absolutely poo built roster. Luke? We sucked bad enough to get the number 9 pick. Peppers? Bad enough to get the number 2 pick and the only reason he didnt go 1 was the Texans needed a QB. He was the consensus 1 without question. Smitty. Theres questions about whether or not he was even responsible for picking him. Gross we got lucky with after Minnesota botched a trade, slid 2 spots, and we got to the podium to select Gross before they could.

And Tepper didnt say he was the best college level talent evaluator in the country. He said one of, not THE best.

3 winning seasons in 12 years. 0 offers to GM after his 1st stint in the NFL. He has proven repeatedly he cannot get it done. He's not the savior of the franchise, hes part of the fuging problem.

Dude, if you're gonna keep trying to credit Marty with the 2015 roster, I don't even need to respond to you. That's just absolute stupidity.

I'll give you this one question, though: Who built the losing rosters in 2011, 2012, 2018 and 2019.

Also 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009...oh, and the team that went 1-15 in 2010?

(all that losing is everybody's fault but Marty's, right?)

Im not even a Hurney fan but this is a stupid stupid stupid argument. 90% of the success of 2015 was due to players Hurney either drafted or traded for.

When these reporters spit things out that fit your narrative you take it as fact.  If they say something you don't agree with, it's speculation.

True-We now know how easy it is to shout "fake news" and develop a more self-serving view of truth.
