It was the 25th season of Panthers football...

The 100th season of the NFL...

And it's almost over.

I can remember back to Week 1, which right now somehow feels both like it was not that long ago and yet forever ago.

I know we lost our starting quarterback, but I swear it feels like so much more went wrong, and some other things just went weird.

And to top it all off, the first in-season coach firing in team history.

What a strange season.

I’m typically never ready for the season to be over even in down years. This year can’t end soon enough. I’m ready for the black Monday purge.

Tep had to throw us a nice bone...but what a disaster considering the hope i had in August...whole nother year to wait....

There are moments and memories from this past season that seem almost surreal now 

Probably the biggest is remembering us talking about how dominant our defense was going to be.

I stand completely by the fact that looking at this team position by position on paper I thought that we were going to compete for the Super Bowl this year.

That's for sure.  How much good is with this team?  I think we have two upcoming quarter backs, that with time, hard work and drive will be our starter maybe in a short few months.  Time will tell.  A lot has to change.  Coaching over all must change.  The lines must change.  Hurney must go.  I could go on but I'll leave some for others.

Since 2015 this team has went in full reverse. Amazing how we had a damn near perfect season and a chance to win a SB only 4 years ago. Most of the core guys still on the team yet it’s been nothing but a shitshow since then.
