Browns is McDaniels dream job.

It's being reported that McDaniels is likely to see the Browns as a dream job that he has wanted since he was a kid and they are willing to allow him to have whatever control he wants.

With that coming out it seems we are not very high on his list unless we give him the same kind of control. What are you guys thoughts?

Sounds great! The guy sounds like the perfect addition to the mistake by the lake.

I am pretty sure its already been reported we are high on his list.  Its been reported he is most interested in Panthers and Browns.

Lol bc those are literally the only two teams out there that are able to give him full control

Please Jeebus let McDorkface go somewhere else.

Literally anywhere.

I question the mental stability of anyone describing the Browns as their dream coaching job. But hey, go for it, as long as you're not our coach, I'm happy.

edit: oh look more pointless poo from the resident malcontent who's stunted emotional growth makes him irrationally dislike everything I say because he operates on a 3rd grade level.

I also feel the "dream job" aspect of the Browns is more based on him growing up in the area.  Playing HS ball in the area, etc.  Local teams, especially of the team you were local as a kid/teenager/growing up often can take up a place in your heart regardless of how dysfunctional they may later turn.

Of course he will talk big about any interview prospect he has lined up.

    • When a team has EXPECTATIONS you have to show them that your fandom and praise is EARNED.  People would be mad if the they lost two one goal competitive games like 2023 but they wouldn't have gotten booed out of the building because the effort and competitiveness would be there but to lose in THAT fashion at home with your entire top line going free lance and saying fug this yeahhh.
    • Well with back to back road games to open the season again we really can't afford a "slow start" at least not for the psyche of the fanbase that is already at rock bottom from years of losing. I think that will depend on our approach to preseason this go around. But I do agree the makings of a culture change could be big for us. At the same time we heard talk of this last year and then we got the doors blown off multiple times. I can agree with you it's best to try to maintain perspective until we get closer to the midway point of the season. The main things I want to see early on even if we aren't necessarily winning is spark and toughness from the offense and defense and at least keeping games close.
    • First goal hmmm im going with Verhague
