probably true.  I mean given the fact of big time coaches and general managers who have been outed on twitter for having accounts used to defend themselves and hype themselves up.....I'm sure at some point some folks have been on the board to do similar things.

Efrem Hill could've been the greatest player to ever don a Panthers uniform if he wasn't held back by the coaches

And realistically, if you're a media person; new owner, etc.. And you wanted to learn about a team, player or fanbase in one sitting. A popular fan website of a team would be a great start from those who are so inclined.
