Haven't seen this elsewhere. Figured it deserves it's own thread....found it interesting that he was basically pitching Burrow...

I had a feeling someone might notice the Burrow mention. Probably nothing, but hey, who knows?

Could simply be him being told to talk up the LSU team and show some of his personality, so I'm not necessarily implying that he's teasing a possible move to move up to 1 and nab Burrow. Regardless, I like how he talks. Like the confidence. Gotta back it up though.

He talked about Burrow but obviously that clip was heavily edited so it is presented out of context. Might've been an answer to "what do you look for in a QB". He gives off a vibe of strength and confidence and that's what I like best.

Don’t worry. First preseason missed 3rd down conversion and the bloom will be off the rose.  His failure and calls for his abrupt demise will be engraved in the game day thread.
