Sadly, I am super depressed in knowing that no matter how good of. QB prospect we ever have a chance at getting from here through the next several years, none will be likely be as talented as Cam would be in the same period.  This was a monumental fug up.  I hope Mr. College and Brass Balls are happy with themselves and their QB who can't even grip a football without wearing gloves.

I'm not very optimistic about the future. I feel like Tepper has everything riding on Rhule and I can easily see his plan falling to pieces and setting the foundation for his feeble legacy. Until I see something otherwise, I feel like we're back to the late 90's, very early 2000's Panthers.

There was no reason for Cam not to play in Carolina in 2020.  The right call was always to see what he had.  We botched it.  It is what it is.

But that was most fun I’ve had watching football thus far this year.

Yessir.  Agreed on all counts.  But God, it hurts knowing we should be seeing that QB play for our team every week.  It's hard to fug up as bad as we did here, but, we wouldn't be the Panthers if we hadn't lol.

Nobody in here is rooting for the Pats. We’re rooting for Cam, like it has been said a million times

This is me. I love me some Cam and love his energy and feel like the franchise did him dirty. Had he left like Pep did for a record breaking contract after his MVP year giving us the proverbial finger, maybe I’d be like fug Cam. But he was kind of left hanging out to dry. So now I will root for Cam to do well and those well-wishes operate complete outside of the Patriots that I could not care less about.

Had we saved the cap space to roll to being competitive next season it may have been justified but to pay the same for Teddy Bridgewater? Yeah no.

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
