Moton appreciation thread

Been watching more of the game. I tell ya what, Moton is a solid RT this days, even against Bosa who lined up across from him a few times on Sunday. 

 

NO idea why we never gave him a real shot at LT where he looked decent. But whatevs.

We need to extend him. I thought he should've been extended during the off-season. As every Panthers fan should know quality OTs aren't exactly easy to come by.

They should know that, but we will still have 5k comments talking about him being an overpaid JAG as soon as he signs a new deal. We definitely should have extended him already, as he is just getting more expensive as time goes on.

Extending him is by far the easiest decision we have this off season.

No money. Too busy paying worthless players. And that’s generous because we are also paying players not even on the team and haven’t been for years. Most dead money in the NFL with one star player. It’s pathetic.

We drop 35 mill of dead money after this season.  We can sign Moton easily.  You want teams with no money next year?  Look at the Saints and Falcons.

The Bengals need a LT badly so it’s tough to imagine a scenario where we can leap frog them for Sewell

But damn would a combo of Sewell and Moton be nice to have

In the thread regarding Little, my immediate thought was whether Oher was the last decent tackle we got our hands on.  Moton then came to mind. 

Unfortunately, nobody else did, which is why we have the current dilemma.
