I thought it was pretty obvious that the thread was about our play this season, not previous aggrievances.

The game went down to the wire in NO.  It actually was the best case scenario.

No one would have guessed we would be 3-3 after six or even 3-4 after 7. The early wins have given some of us unrealistic expectations. This roster has no business making the playoffs and we probably won’t. However we are a young team/staff with a bright future.

My expectations for this season were already super low. Honestly at 3-4 I feel as if the team has already overachieved. We’ll steal 2-3 wins from other tanking teams before season’s end which is what I expected to begin with.

The competitiveness and offensive 180 is what has blown my mind so far.

But for being at WakeMed right now due to an extended family matter---non-life-threatening and a fellow Huddler's untimely death, like Pharell, I'm happy.

I’m mad we lost but not like mad after a Rivera loss. 
 

Keep in mind we don’t have Luke Keuchly.  This team is competing and fighting . They fight every quarter of the game. We would have been done after the first quarter if this was still. Ron’s team.

Yes we should have won the last few games, yes we should have a winning record. But keep in mind. No CMC, no KK, no Burns, Samuel, for different weeks. This team plays like winners and that’s important.

Really though if we had Luke he would have survived the regime change and this defense would be scary good. Just keep in mind what we’re doing with what we’re lacking.
