Interesting because Rhule said (before watching film) that he thought The Pimple had a good game.  Now if Carter steps up, it could be (wishful thinking) a need that is made less severe next year.

Great to see this staff face reality. That's a quality I have dreamed of for decades.

Whitehead is trash but he served his purpose. We had way too much turnover and even though he sucks on the field he is familiar with what Rhile is trying to build. Time wise? Kind of makes sense, keep it steady and wait for a good enough reason to switch, no one can prove Whitehead isn't a good player at this point. It's on Carter to make the most of it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Carter the guy who missed out on the fact that the opponent had fumbled because he was showboating about making a big hit?

If so, I definitely hope he's smarter than that now.
