If you're in the thread, you should have a "Moderation Options" button at the top of your page. Click on that and it should give you the option to delete it, if that's what you prefer.

Nope, don't have a button that says that anywhere. Maybe it's because I'm a Junior Member? Oh well, was just trying to help clear out the clutter since this is irrelevant and falsified news now. *shrug* I tried.
