Chill, it took a double tech on Green for us to squeak out a win against a Curry-less Warriors team..

This ain't even as big a win as the Brooklyn win earlier this season.. we still need to get stronger down low..

I'm thrilled at the W.. just not going ape poo saying we are a 2nd round playoff team.. c'mon

If ball, rozier, Hayward,  Washington, bridges, Graham and monk are all playing consistently well then I stand by what I said. That's a huge if. My point was the talent is there that's all.

No worries my guy.. i disagree but just my opinion.. I don't want to be a cold blanket in here but I don't see us beating any of the top 4 Eastern teams in a 7 game series.. not saying we couldn't grab 2 games and make it an interesting series but we are too young and inexperienced..

I just want to focus on making the playoffs and getting the squad that playoff experience..

So obviously the Hornets coaches know a little about basketball. So is the issue guarding the three just a personnel thing? Is there another defense they could play that could help? I realize they don’t have great rim protectors.

I know they don’t enjoy teams setting franchise records for made threes against them every other week.

No one in here for that huge win against a top team in the West on the road with the refs going against us? LaMelo started slow but was great down the stretch with a couple clutch baskets. Somehow we're ahead of the Celtics and their 2 all stars in the standings (lol) and only a half game out of the 4th seed... We've got a ways to go but this season has been a huge success so far. In Mitch I trust.

It was fun but stressful. Refs were clearly one sided but it happens all the time with Charlotte. It was a great win. They need to come out of this west coast trip at .500.

    • Completely agreed.  TBH, we have had so many great players that are in my favorite list, and I hate to narrow it down to one, but Cam is it.  Which is crazy, because you would think it would be more of the guys I grew up watching, but no.  Cam was the single most impactful player to ever out on a football uniform imo.  And like I said in an earlier post, I always felt a kinship with him in a lot of ways…  the way he was treated and judged for the off the field stuff in Florida and having to overcome all of that and fight show at back.  And although I am not a black man, I have always been welcomed by and accepted more by minorities, and thus, I know what it’s like to be judged by appearances rather than the content of your character and who you actually are.  I know what it’s like to be stereotyped and written off or mistreated for your mistakes.  I know what it’s like to be held to a different standard while your peers don’t have to meet that same standard.  So I always related to that.  And the way he came in and just electrified the whole franchise, man…  I still think about it often how much it sucks that because of how talented he was, our staff out so much on him and that ultimately cut his career short.  You’re right, there will never be another Cam…  I think Josh Allen is the closest thing we will see for a long time, but Allen is not the running threat Cam was.  Cam could run you over or around you.  That was THE absolute funnest time to watch our team ever.
    • It definitely needs more specificity than is baked in now.
    • The weirdest encounter I had with a pro athlete was waiting in line at security at Mile High Stadium when I used to get the company suite tickets almost every week because I was the only employee based in Colorado. There's a small checkpoint accessing the suites that virtually no one knows about that you can usually squirt right through. I was standing there and looked over my shoulder and there stands John fuging Elway waiting in line behind me.  This was during the The Golden Calf of Bristol season right before he became GM. I just said "They make YOU go through security?" He's like "Yeah, ain't that a bitch. I literally have a statue out front and I gotta go through security like everybody else." I've heard mixed things about him but he was super nice and down to earth with me that day.
