Between Rudolph, Henry, Jonnu, Eifert, Everett, & Cook, if we don't grab a TE this offseason, I think we have our answer about how they fit in Brady's offense.

While I get this sentiment it really matters what our new GM thinks of those players and weighs the cost of signing them be other people.

I mean that's a given.  It's all interlaced and they're all working together on this.  Fit isn't making signings in isolation.

Im telling you, watch out for this name- Jacob hollister. Should come cheaper than the names you listed, has top 12 toolbox, frittereererere knows him well.

I'm torn--as much as we need a TE, we need a young one that can block just as well as they can catch.  Rudolph is getting up there and blocking isn't his strength.  Despite being cut, he's still going to want chunk of change.   He's not going to settle or jump on the first team that comes calling.  I'd probably wait and see if he lingers in FA for a while, then maybe offer him a fair deal.

    • I don't think Tyreek is a bad person to play with on the field, for sure not in the same way that Diggs is, as he's a cancer on the field with how he acts, and wouldn't take kindly to being 2nd fiddle behind T-Mac. It's that Tyreek is just a terrible person who realistically shouldn't even be in the NFL, his insane athletic ability is why his off field transgressions have been overlooked.  If he was a WR3, no team would have kept him around, it was only that he was a 1st ballot HOF level talent that kept him around. Just zero interest in having a person like that around our young WRs, that's really all it comes down to for me with him. Again, if we were true contenders this year, that changes things and I'd rather bring in the best possible players and hope it works out.  But they're trying to build something here and to do that, you need high quality people, not just great talent.
    • I think some depth at guard would be nice.
    • I may no longer have the photo of Sir Purr saved somewhere anymore, as that was taken, uniquely, at an actual game, and sometimes files go missing between computers and phones etc.  That said, I am sure I can find something similar. Maybe even better. Not too worried. I still have regular access to the account email. Change is good.
