Fullback: > Tremble FB/TE One of these will be cut and one placed on the practice squad. Mikey Daniel, Mason Stokke,

I think we will see three RBs: CMC, Chuba and Bonnafon. We won't run a FB on the roster, using Tremble in the role as needed.

We'll stash the UDFA rookie on the practice squad along with whichever FB has the best grasp of the passing scheme.

I'd like to see a little more diversity in the backfield than we currently have.   A bigger back power.

I kinda got the idea that was where Chuba came in. But honestly, I'm not sure Rhule is going for the power game at all.

sometimes you just need a couple inches in football not matter what your scheme is.  I just view Chuba as CMC relief.

I'd bet my mortgage on McCaffrey playing last year if we were in Plyoff contention.

They were just super cautious with him.

Agreed, plus Davis was running like a mad man. Why risk reinjuring the $64M man when the $3M guy is getting it done?

    • I'm salty every time I see someones mid picks become stars while we throw first and second rounders over and over and they all stink outside of Tet (who still has a lot to prove, imo)
    • There is a contingent that is total Bryce but they weathervane with the wind. When the good Bryce wind blows about once or twice a month we hear a lot from them. But they are always pro Bryce, they just don’t pipe up too much when he sucks. I can’t speak for them, as far as what they are looking at.    In a second contingent, the collective mind is made up. He has had had basically three years worth of starts that might include a top tier outing or two, a few second tier outings, offset by about the same number of bottom tier outings which actually may have the edge there.  The rest of his stuff is third tier and that is going to be the bulk of his starts. We want to move on. And we aren’t getting off of that hill until he puts us off of it. He has not.    There is a third contingent that has no conviction and definitely weather vanes. Bryce is good. Bryce isn’t good. Depending on the latest game. They will buy into 7 on 7 success so that should tell you something.
    • Nacua is really fuging good. He might be a better version of Cooper Kupp.
