I think Jermaine Carter was serviceable last year. The defense improved when he took over the starting role at MLB. I am hope Perryman is an upgrade & Jermaine can be good depth at MLB & OLB.

This entire season is contingent on Sam Darnold.  He has my #1, 2 and 3 interest.  If he is average we are in the wild card race.  If he is good we are in the division race.  If he is bad..................Aaron Rodgers is the starting qb in 2022

Agreed. You can make a legit argument that this is one of if not dare I say THE most talented roster in Panthers history. The big question on offense is the QB. The big question on defense is experience level. But sheer raw talent? This roster has it in spades.
