Most people here love cmc, myself included but here in panther land our fanbase is beyond dumb about runningbacks. Never draft one in the top 10 and never give them a second contract. It’s almost never worth it. Cmcs best season, his 1k rushing 1k receiving we won like 5 games. They don’t impact games enough to justify that draft spot or contract and their bodies breakdown quick.

As great as CMC, he's an RB. Short shelf life.

You don't build a team around a player at a position that has a short shelf life, regardless of how incredible they are.

CMC is what he is right now. If he's not injured, it won't be long before he is again.
