First....will Sam ever see the field again as a Panther

Second....should they keep the QB rotation going foward if P.J keeps it under control and plays well

Third....should they designate Cam as the starter regardless of what P.J does

Once Cam gets the playbook down he should start.

PJ needs to be the backup. Just need to keep him in rhythm, somehow, throughout the week.

I think Sam is done here. Seems to be a good guy, but he’s not a NFL QB. He’ll be fine, especially with 18 milli coming his way next year.

Out of PJ and Sam, PJ is the better QB. So many people have been wrong on this

As long as PJ is playing well they should keep platooning it, gives defensive coordinators that much more to prepare for. And allows Cam to fully get a grasp of the playbook without carrying the load.

Cam will be the starter next week and moving forward.

I wouldn't change it this week.

I would just work Cam in more inside the 20s as he learns more.

 

Don't fix things that aren't broken easing him in as long as possible keeps him fresh for the playoffs.

PJ played well. Makes you wonder why he didn't get a start earlier.

I want Cam to be the guy but I also don't want us to start him only to run him too often because of playbook concerns. Just need to make sure Cam is up to speed.

I think you see Sam in the preseason next year. Would imagine you will hear a lot about Sam's growth and how he is learning from Cam.. Team has to be praying that he will ball out in the preseason and a desperate team will trade a 7th.

PJ is a good backup moving forward.

Sam is done.

Cam will get more reps as the games go on and eventually become starter by the December games

I’d have both Cam and PJ practice with the ones this week. Afterwards, give PJ some practice with the 2’s and 3’s

PJ can be a decent backup but I’d be fine if he gets another week while cam gets up to speed.

Don't get me wrong, PJ played admirably today, but I think we can do better than him in a backup next year... Dude still makes reckless decisions... I get we shouldn't need to play mistake-free football, but at some point our starting QBs need to stop averaging 2 turnovers a game, and I think Cam will bring that responsible play to the position.  But next year I'd like a backup to be someone a bit less prone to mistakes.

I’m fine with spending the money on a solid backup. I just think with the money sunk on our QBs, we’re going to have to roll with PJ as backup
