3) Trade Robby Anderson for draft capital.

4) Fire the offensive coaching staff. Bring experience in.

I agree with everything except letting Gilmore go and allowing rhule to comeback. I think an experienced past successful HC (like Mike Tomlin) would be a better  choice and letting him hand pick his coaching staff

Honestly, let's fuging talk about Fitt for a minute, his draft (at this point) is painfully below average, and sans Gilmore his trades have been even worse. Let's not mention Sam Darnold, but I'm still 75% sure that was a Rhule hire all the way.

I liked his draft, it’s what we are doing with those picks (refusing to play TMJ and Christensen and Brown when it is clear they are better than the guys in front of them. 
 

But the trades, oh lord, aside from Gilmore they have all been horrific. 
 

I don’t even need to explain the Darnold catastrophe, we traded a 3rd and reliable TE for a Corner who is barley playing, and a 6th for a DE from the Bills. (Is he even on the team anymore?) 

Not to mention trading away a solid run-stopping MLB in Perryman for nothing. We could really use him right now.
