If we lose to Atlanta does Tepper fire Rhule

If you remember, Tepper fired Rivera in early December so that he could get a head start on finding his replacement. 

 

If the Panthers lose yet another home game to a bad team like Atlanta, does he get his own personal black Monday?

I believe that he gets the last five games to show that he still has the confidence of the team. If they show some sort of resemblance of improvement I believe he gets one more year to show growth. The only way that he would get fired after Atlanta is if it’s a landslide loss which means the team is pretty much given up on him.

Depends on how badly we lose to Atlanta.

I honestly expect us to win this week because Atlanta has been pretty bad and our defensive strengths match their offensive weaknesses pretty well.

Nah Brady was the fall boy this year, Rhule gets another year no matter what. We won’t get that lucky.

now, if we get embarrassed the last 4? Does he keep his job at 6-11? I don’t think he should.

Carolina wins out, gets to the playoffs.  Rhule isn't the real problem, the issue is hes new to the NFL, needs to be coached up so to speak but theres no one on this staff that can do that.  Maybe bringing in a OC thats been a head coach before could really vault Rhule into an NFL caliber head coach.

I don't think that'll come into play until we're mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. Not sure if losing to ATL would accomplish that or not.

If your HC needs "coaching up" that's a problem.

Finish 5-12.   That would be 7 game losing streak to end the season.   Boo’d at BOA loud to close it all out? 

Rhule doesn’t come back.

Nope.  There’s no one to really take his place to close out the year.  Snow is loyal to Rhule and wouldn’t do it.  And there’s no one on the offensive side of the ball even remotely qualified.

Rhule will finish this season no matter what happens in Atlanta. Rhule has all of next season to produce a winning season, or I think he's out.

Approaching the end of his second season I would expect to be seeing progress on that curve.
