I’m honestly not sure I can look at one thing about this franchise right now and say, “yep, Rhule and Fitterer nailed that and got it right”  

 

maybe the Zane Gonzalez addition ???

Ok, worked in corporate IT for years 

process, repeatable process is huge 

part of that process is continuing measurement of the process effectiveness 

I’d really like for some reporter to ask this simpleton what his tangible measurements are to make such a bull poo statement 

guy is big on pablum, platitudes and buzz words and there is zero behind it
