I don’t know. Maybe the fact that attendance dropped off and the excitement of the fan base rivals 2010 should have him a little concerned

I understand and share your frustration but still, 

Those are things you and I want him to address.  Or better put, we want him to address them to our satisfaction, which, in my opinion, he can’t do at this point. 

His presence in front of a microphone today will not fix or impact the issues you regarding attendance and excitement. In fact, from his point of view, speaking right now may even hurt them. Best case scenario for him is a neutral and completely non value added outcome. 
 

I believe at this point, the only thing his press conference will do is seed us with a litany of threads and catchy memes until the next gaffe-able moment in Panther history.

      Yuck.  I still kind of like Herbert but these playoff performances are rough....

      I feel like this was the case with River and McDermott defenses as well, we just had the jimmies and the joes to overcome these deficiencies with all pro players at edge and linebacker positions.  Even then, was extremely frustrated in 2015 when we'd let team come back from 20+ pt deficits playing prevent only to barely win at the end.

      We need to move on soon and just use Bryce as a bridge to find our next guy. I'd like to see how this offense works with Canales hand picking his own guy. Bryce holds this offense back a lot considering you draft the first pick to carry your team and be your best player. We invested heavily for Bryce and need everything to go right just to have him look like a solid game manager sometimes. When he plays well he can look decent or mid, but when he plays bad he looks like a bottom 5 qb in league (backups included). It's not worth it, especially if we need to pay him soon, which means we have to skimp all over the roster. If the defenses don't hand it to us on a silver platter Atlanta style then we struggle big time. Defenses don't respect the offense at all. With Cam we could have the worst offensive talent and I'd still think we had a shot in any game we played. If Bryce is facing a 3rd and 10 I pretty much wave the white flag and don't think we can make that first down.
