Am I reading it correctly? This chart is only for quarters, 2,3, and 4? 
Could you also post the graph for the entire game?

And week 18. Plus what does the win prob 10-90% mean? Are they excluding all plays when the win probabilities are outside of that range? If so that makes zero sense.

Jesus this is pathetic.  I knew we were bad, but this is just terrible.  Truly the worst team in the NFL after week 3.
