Reddick's asking price

One team told me pending free agent pass rusher Haason Reddick is looking for a deal averaging up to $17 million per year. He's had 23.5 sacks in the last two years for two different teams so he's going to get paid. But that number explains why the Panthers aren't rushing to re-sign him.

He never would have agreed to more years. The whole point of a 1 year prove it deal is just that, and he proved it. 

So we can either resign or let walk.

I don't think he "proved" he's worth as much as he's asking.
