Panthers re-sign Brandon Zylstra

Panthers re-signed WR Brandon Zylstra to a one-year contract.

Zylstra was a surprisingly large part of the Panthers' offense last season, playing ahead of second-round rookie Terrace Marshall when he was healthy. He will compete for a similar role in camp, but the Panthers should probably be aiming higher for their No. 3 receiver spot. New signing Rashard Higgins is probably that person.

Don't know what some of y'all were watching but Zylstra caught a bunch of poorly thrown Darnold passes for 1st downs.

Glad he's back.

Exactly.  He’s not a world beater but his hands are like glue, exactly what a team needs in their WR 4/5.  He should’ve gotten a lot more snaps, especially with Robby dropping so many balls

Great to see the Panthers re-sign WR Brandon Zylstra, even if it is only to a one-year contract.

WR Brandon Zylstra, new  signing  WR Rashard  Higgins  and WR Terrace Marshall should battle it out in training camp to see who gets the most playing time in 2022.

Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down.
