It's hilarious that Tepper has been trying his ass off for over a year and two division rivals come in late and immediately surpass all of his efforts. What a reality check.

You don’t learn if you don’t try. Hopefully him failing … doesn’t change his “I want it, I’ll try my damnest to get it” attitude

The dude could have folded over a long time ago but stayed persistent  … he has his flaws but that’s a good strength to have in an owner

We are officially a poverty franchise.

Thank you David Tepper and Matt Rhule.

This is fuging hilarious.

We are. I have never disliked an owner of a team more than Tepper and that includes Jerry Jones and Daniel Snyder. The guy  is a greasy egomaniac. It’s likely best we didn’t land Mr Handjob but Tepper just made himself look like a drooling teenager chasing his first piece of ass only to get face palmed.

It's really not. He needs to accept he's out of his element, get some help to build a real football organization, then get out of their way.

Arthur blank went after Watson, not Fontenot. Owners own their teams, they have final say. As fans, we only have opinions

    • Good read and stuff under it is not bad either. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/article/panthers-cb-jaycee-horn-says-184519429.html
    • While I'd love to add him, it just doesn't make sense for where we are at in our re-build right now. The only teams who should be interested are those who have a very legitimate shot at winning the SB this season, as any team who makes the trade is going to be mortgaging their future to make the move. Teams who make these kinds of trades and then give them the massive contract, in the hopes that it will expedite their path to contention, ALWAYS ends up backfiring because they have to give up the 1st round picks that are then needed to help build out the rest of the roster after eating up such a significant chunk of the cap on the new contract. There is no way the Cowboys trade him for anything less than 2 future 1st rounders (and probably more), plus we'll have to make him the highest paid non QB in league history.  Not to mention that it would then have made the Scourton and/or Princely picks a bit of a waste, as those 2nd and 3rd round picks would have been better off used on a ILB or DB
    • Like his approach to pre season that's ro get them out there and play together for a few plays and right about the night before and morning before.  Maybe we can come out the gate on fire I can smell the smoke from here!!   Go Panthers
