I know the Jaguars suck and had Urban Meyer to make it worse. After watching his play for a full season, what do you think. Being the most highly touted QB in his draft class and appeared to have all the intangibles, had a pretty rough season.

Does this prove that a QB drafted #1 is still a crap shoot or will he rebound next season.

Just never know what the future brings in a rookie....no matter drafted first or twenty.

He was setup to look bad and did.  Nothing more.

get some NFL coaching  and NFL talent at WR and I think Trevor will be fine.

I cannot figure out why the Jags aren’t in on this Tyreek deal? Seems like exactly the player they would want and should have a ton of cap.

They are building from the ground up.  Which means you need your draft picks.   You don’t give them away for one player if you are really trying to build.

Panthers are example of building done wrong.  Wasting building picks in trades and bad ones on top of that

He won't be as good as hyped, but he'll be better with a better coach.

Better coaching/coaches make everything better.

Bad coaching/coaches puts your feet in concrete and you begin to stagnate rather than develop.

Best thing for him and that team was getting rid of a college coach who should never have been hired in the first place.

He’s still got a huge ceiling IMHO. Between Meyer’s CF and having meh WRs, he had an OK rookie season. Will he get a Harrison and Wayne or Burrow’s Chase, Higgins and Boyd? Who knows but they need to get him some weapons now that he’s at least got an NFL level coach.

And O line.  If they are patient, they will be rewarded...can't speed this up too much though.

Also....keeping Baalke....Khan is an idiot.

The bolded applies to here as well.

Yeah, when your GM is quoted this off season about how they need to stop rebuilding through FA only, you wonder if he realizes he’s saying he sucks at drafting.

Never be amazed at how stupid many of us are....Trent is a piece of work man.

    • I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
    • 1.) LaMelo 2.) Kon 3.} Miller 4.. Giannis 5.) Moose   1.) Coby 2.) ? 3.) Sion 4.) Miles Bridges 5.) Kalk That squad would win multiple chips.
