Absolutely retarded.  Why would any of the parties involved do this?  Miami I guess I could see WANTING Brady, who doesnt, but why in the world would Brady or Tampa do this?

Miami has a really good defense. They just got the best WR in football.  Gronkowski hasn’t confirmed he’s coming back yet.  Sticking it to Bellichick in the division?

Maybe TB had already made plans moving on from Tom… maybe they know it’s his last season for sure so they’re looking to take advantage of it and get something for him in return?

Still just another bug I wish we could stomp but we’re stuck with ghost seeing Darnold, sigh.

I mean, I guess.....if Tampa was high on Tua or something, but then that kinda leaves Miami, who will undoubtedly trade away a poo ton of assets for Brady, high and dry next season or the one after when Brady DOES actually hang it up for good.  IMO its just an absurd proposition all the way around. Especially considering Tampa is making a bunch of moves to get pieces Brady wants.

    • I think people are harsh on him over the weightlifting a little bit but at the same time I don’t see any evidence that he has done anything.  I would think he should have been working on strengthening his base after watching how easy he goes down with any kind of contact. Like with a couple of fingers even.
    • I see the issues with Tyreek, which is why I put an asterisk on him and all the way on the bottom. I don't even see him playing at all this entire year since he hasn't even been seen working out at all. But I do not think he's as hard to play with as Stefon Diggs is IMO and Tyreek is more of a game changer. But either way, it's pie in the sky.  Always loved Keenan and he is from the Carolinas so that's really the only thing that may interest him playing here if no one is giving him any calls to play.
    • It's not that I'm not rooting for him to do well, but I'd be lying if I said him having a good season wouldn't scare me after what we've seen out of him so far. I'd be afraid of it just being one of those situations you see all the time, a player is in a make it or break it season, they somehow raise their level of play to new levels, and then proceed to immediately drop back off a cliff the next season (although this does usually happen in contract years, not a player trying to not get cut). Now, if you tell me that no matter how well he plays, we're then going to flip him for a draft pick in the offseason, then yea, I'd want him to go off for a monster season so we can get a better return.
