It doesn’t appear any of these qbs are gonna get taken in the second round. Only the falcons remain this round as a team who will draft a qb

Not really.  Teams, especially coaches do not have time to develop qb's. Rhule is about the only coach that seems to have that option.  Let's hope he chooses wisely because...

The entire NFL thought there were 4-5 qbs better than Lamar Jackson.

Yep.  Buffalo had a clear 3 year plan for Allen and they had a completely new organization that could afford the time.   That is incredibly rare in the nfl.
