At most Baker may hit the completion percentage ($300k) and points scored NFC/NFL ($300k)...as long as CMC stays healthy all year.  It didn't say Baker had to be responsible for all the points.  So he gets $0.6M of the $3.5 million back.

I understand, he's the everyman. Not the tallest, fastest, strongest or immensely skilled. None of the physical traits that usually set elite players apart.

He's just got moxy. Other than that by NFL standards that's about it. Just hope Corral gets on the field ASAP. Younger, faster,  more hungry, higher potential, higher ceiling.

Matt Rhule wants to get fired. He's tried everything now he's trying Baker.

I’m hoping for the best for Corrall but jeezus pal, he was passed on over 90 times and was a 3rd round pick…

…Big Baller Baker® was #1 overall and 1st QB to win a Browns playoff game in 30 f*cking years 🫵💥🤘

…aaallllll aaabbBOOOOOAARD 🚂🚂🚂!!!

Ok, but nobody wanted Baker who therefore is a hasbeen on his last shot. You're praising somebody for being the tallest midget.

Browns suck, always and forever. Their best isn't even mediocre. You guys and this Baker Mayfield hope. Lol. Guess what's going to happen.

If you don't know, I've got four years of history to point you in the right direction, spoiler alert:  he won't change a damn thing, too short, too slow, too cocky to make a difference.

He's a bottom feeder QB. Tepper loves him some losers though.

In the great United States of America everyone is entitled to an opinion...

    • Although, I will admit there is a big caveat to this game. Packers coming off an emotionally big game against Rodgers on the road in Primetime and a MNF matchup with the Eagles the following week, it is a prime opportunity for a let down game with them looking ahead. Which if it's the case, I think we still lose, but only something like 24-21.
    • We lose in a non competitive game 38-20. Bryce doesn't look much better than Dalton did and all the people this week saying "see we told you he's great, look how bad this team is without Bryce" blame it on the OL injuries and/or his ankle and already start laying the groundwork for that being why he is still one of the worst starting QB's the rest of the season and why he deserves another year, if not even an outright extension. And no, that's not what I'm rooting for, just what I objectively think will happen, just as I've been saying for a month would happen once we got past the cupcake portion of the schedule.
    • Miami will be their first real test. Even a close loss and I would be content with that at this point. Brandon Miller is probably gonna be out a few weeks with a partial shoulder dislocation. With that being said, the rookies are really impressing me.
