The team is definitely the most talented it has been since maybe 2018. I do credit Fitterer for using creative methods to put talent on the roster.

Aside from the play at QB and the run defense, my biggest concern, as it has been every year under Rhule, is the coaching staff. Rhule’s staffs have been routinely overmatched by experienced NFL coaches. Many opposing coaches have lambasted them for doing “college sh*t”. This season it’s still a patchwork collection of misfit coaches from around the NFL and college ranks.

It’s just become painfully obvious this regime is just throwing sh*t at the wall and hoping something sticks. Hopefully they got lucky and this group clicks.

Don't agree with your analysis about the present staff. Snow get lots of praise from other coaches and coordinators as being smart and creative. Tabor is well regarded as are Campen and Wilks. McAdoo is considered a decent coordinator and poor head coach.  Truth is this staff is pretty solid. With this roster and staying healthy we are going to be competitive. I agree that past staffs were pretty bad but this is much improved including the coaching.

Improving a defense,  with intentions of being one of the best in the league...

To what end?

An improved oline, but to what end?.

Improved quarterback play, but to what end?

Making statements that they have no intention of becoming a more consistent running team at this point, is nothing but hyperbowl.

Lazy writing.

My ass could have written better poo.

We'll go as far as Baker staying healthy and not getting turned into roadkill by the O-Line.

I’ll take the opposite perspective. We will go as far as our defense will allow. Our offense is fine, defense looks spectacular on paper, except depth at a few key positions.

You should listen to that podcast, they lay things out a lot better then the poster did in his post.

Also we are going into 2023 over the cap and only 1 qb with a contract.  That might be a problem
